Solar Asset Manager
2 Solar Plants.
In my current role, I am at the helm of solar asset management for two plants, collectively generating 143 MW of sustainable energy. My responsibilities encompass overseeing contractual relationships, optimizing operational efficiency, and ensuring stringent compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards in the renewable energy sector. By prioritizing HSE protocols, I contribute to the seamless and responsible operation of these solar facilities, emphasizing a commitment to the well-being of both personnel and the environment. Through strategic optimization measures, I work towards the sustainable advancement of these projects. Systems Engineer (Asset and Maintenance Management)

In my previous role, I managed maintenance systems for diverse renewable energy plants (208 MW). I optimized asset care plans, standardized scheduling using CMMS, and led cataloging efforts for spares. I conducted RCA for critical assets, maintained equipment registers, and implemented strategic spare part strategies. This included analyzing stock take results, generating monthly asset management scorecards and reports within the CMMS. Additionally, I provided staff training and spearheaded data migration templates for various solar sites.

Managed a vegetation contractor overseeing 3 teams and 15 staff. Executed on-site projects, participated in planning, managing, and executing preventative and corrective maintenance for a solar plant, prioritizing HSE compliance. Proficient in data analysis using Microsoft Excel, preparing technical reports in Word, and handling procurement through RFQs and RFPs. Led CAPEX projects, showcasing versatility in operational and strategic responsibilities.
